🚫 Returns, Exchanges, Refunds Are NOT Allowed for the Following Reasons:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation or checkout.

  • Mistaken order on your part (wrong item chosen, etc.).

  • Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.

  • Unsealed items.

  • Issues related to packaging appearance only (minor dents, scratches, box imperfections, etc.).

  • Claims of authenticity without valid proof (must undergo our validation process).

✅ Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund:

  • If the item arrived damaged due to courier mishandling during transit/delivery.

  • You must provide clear photo or video proof immediately upon unboxing, on the same day of receiving the item.

  • If you ordered multiple items, only the damaged item will be eligible.

📌 Return Process & Conditions:

If your claim is approved:

  1. Return the item within 7 days upon receipt. Submit proof of shipping/waybill to our email. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit your request.

  2. Returned item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Include a printed copy of our confirmation email in your return package.

  4. Customer shoulders the return shipping cost (non-refundable).

  5. Carefully secure the package to avoid further damage.

Refund or replacement will only be processed once we have received and evaluated the returned item.
